Hello All!!!

This is Hanna, here to post my interview with Dominic Monaghan. But first, I just really want to thank Dom for making this possible. I don’t work for any big magazine or anything and he had never met me before but he was kind enough to take time out of his lunch for this interview. So thank you Dom, so much, for all that you’ve done and all that you do. You rock!!!!

Hanna: Okay, first things first. The number one question everyone on the site wants to know is your favorite color.

Dom: Blue. I definitely like to wear blue. But I also like red and black, for paint. And grey….. but mostly blue.

Hanna: I know that you have been working on a buddy movie with Billy. How much can you tell me about it?

Dom: Its co written by Billy and me and with some help from David Greig. I really want to work with comedy, but I haven’t really found any scripts that are worthwhile. So we Billy and I decided to come up with our own. So far we have 5 drafts and we are hoping to have something going by the end of this year. The title is “Fish Out of Water” but its subject to change. And its going to be produced by the producer of Lord of the Rings, Barrie Osbourne.

Hanna: I’m a huge music person. What are some of your favorite bands right now?

Dom: I’ve been listening to Keane a lot right now. I really like them. I also like Bright Eyes, Death Cab for Cutie, The Postal Service, DJ Shadow, anything by the Wu Tang Clan. And of course The Beatles. You have to love The Beatles.

Hanna: Of course! How about Radiohead?

Dom: Oh yeah. I love Radiohead!

Hanna: One last question. I think that you are an amazing actor, but I also think you don’t get nearly enough of the credit you deserve. How do you feel about this and how do you deal with it?

Dom: Well, we had a huge ensemble cast, with a lot of other really good actors. I was really happy to get to be a part of this film. And its nice to be recognized for one of the biggest productions of all time. Its really funny when people mistake me for Billy.

Hanna: Are you serious? People really mistake you for Billy?

Dom: Yeah. And people mistake him for me. Its funny.

Hanna: Thank you so much for taking the time out to do this. It really means a lot.

Dom: Oh sure, no problem. Its been a pleasure.
