No.

Where can I send fan mail?

Tough question. In recent (post-Lost) years, Dom hasn't specified an address at which he wishes to receive mail from fans and addresses that have been successful previously, such as the Lost production offices in Hawaii, are no longer closely associated with Dominic.

Does Dom have a book out of his "Happy Accidents" photography collection? If so, how do I find/order a copy?

Dom's book hasn't been published.  For what it's worth, it's typical for a book to take two years from the time it is accepted by a publisher to the time it is actually published. When the book becomes available, there will be an announcement and links to the book on the site, I promise.
